Welcome to n52 — an online entertainment platform developed specifically to serve users in Malaysia. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and n52 as the platform operator ("Platform" or "we").

• Your username and password are confidential — you must not share your login credentials with any other party.
• N52 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Please report any such attempts to our support team immediately.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or when account activity requires further review.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure at the platform's discretion.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

N52 continuously monitors platform activity. Any suspicious behaviour or violation of these terms will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including account suspension or termination without compensation.

• Accounts proven to be owned by individuals under 18 years of age.
• Activity indicating systematic abuse of the bonus system.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews are complete, subject to no restrictions related to bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.
